I have spent the last four years cooking in professional kitchens developing my style. I take inspiration from the warmth of my mum’s cooking and the bold flavours of my Nigerian Grandma.
I want my food to celebrate the best of what’s in season, highlighting the passion of local farmers and growers.
I love honest cooking. Dishes that look simple on the plate, but pack a punch on the palette.
