When designing our seasonal, festive menu, Callum was knowledgeable and thoughtful in his choices. He adjusted small details about his dishes in order to ensure that everything was perfectly suited to the season and event. He catered excellently for the whole party, including our friends who are vegans and vegetarian. During the evening, Callum expertly introduced each dish and explained exactly where the high-quality ingredients had been sourced. Every single dish was absolutely delicious and all plates were returned wiped clean! "Callum cooked our 8 friends and us an exceptional meal of varied and imaginative dishes. He spent many hours beforehand planning the menu with us to suit everyone’s dietary requirements and tastes. He also made sure that he could source most of the ingredients locally. Before each course Callum explained to us in detail what was in each dish and the origin of the ingredients. "Callum catered a dinner party at a friends house for a pre Christmas gathering of 10. It was a super evening , from the pre dinner canapés through to the delicious desserts everything tasted wonderful. He liased with the host to ascertain what all the guests liked and disliked, allergies etc and came up with a perfect menu with a choice on each course. His colleague then made some wine pairing suggestions, we were then able to source. Normally we get together in a restaraunt but this was so much more relaxing. Callum talked us through the menu between courses and the ingredients were sourced locally , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend !"

"Honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Callum and his wonderful team cooked all 12 of us the most delicious and beautifully presented private meal and cocktails. Callum created such a lovely atmosphere alongside the incredible food that left us very relaxed! The food was insane - Callum made oysters, steak, and even a fig leaf infused creme brûlée. He also created similar dishes for those with allergies or dietary requirements."
